Clare People 10k
Well done to everyone who took part in the Clare 10 km last Saturday, great feeling to finish along the new track, even if the heat made it a tough run..... particularly well done to those who were taking on their first race, especially those who joined us a few weeks ago and genuinely found it tough to cover 3 miles..... you have now completed over 6 miles and you did it in style... take a bow. The sight of so many orange shirts on Saturday morning was a great motivation to everyone involved in the Clare Crusaders. Thanks to Padraig, Brian, Tom, Mark & Fintan for helping out with the posters and thank you to Allen Flynn for hosting our night out in the Old Ground (and Padraig for organising). Cannot forget Coach Ghilardi for the enthusiasm and motivation all the way round on Saturday.
